Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat is planned as three high-rise towers of around G+31 floors in Sector MU, Greater Noida. With roughly 6 apartments per floor, each tower is expected to hold around 180–185 homes, for a total of about 520–550.
Fewer homes per floor generally means more apartments with two or more open sides, better cross-ventilation and shorter lift waits. Because the towers sit on a site where most of the land is planned as greens, upper floors are expected to look over landscaped courts rather than into neighbouring blocks.
