October 2026 tak Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat, Sector MU ki site mainly land/allotment stage par hai. Hero Realty ne yeh ~4.5 acre plot April 2026 me GNIDA e-auction se liya tha. Abhi tak heavy construction shuru nahi hua hai.
Construction shuru hone se pehle aam taur par GNIDA building plan approval, environmental clearance aur UP RERA registration zaroori hote hain. Brochures ke hisaab se construction lagbhag 2027 se 2028/2029 ke beech expected hai.
RERA registration ke baad har quarter ka construction progress UP RERA portal par dekha ja sakega. Possession ke liye possession kab milega page padhein.
