Hero Realty Greater Noida
Hero Realty Private Limited is the real estate company of Hero Enterprise, part of the wider Hero Group. It develops residential projects under the Hero Homes brand and is best known in North India for its Mohali projects, including Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat in Sector 99, Mohali.
In April 2026, Hero Realty made its Greater Noida debut by acquiring a ~4.5-acre residential plot in Sector MU through a competitive GNIDA e-auction at about ₹218 crore. The project planned here is also branded Leafsong Retreat, but it is a separate development with its own UP RERA registration (awaited), timeline and product mix.
