UP RERA Projects Greater Noida
Every residential project in Uttar Pradesh above the RERA threshold must be registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) before it can be advertised and sold. The UP RERA portal lets you search projects by district, promoter, registration number and project name.
Current status of Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat, Sector MU: UP RERA registration is coming soon / under process. No RERA number has been issued yet, so the project should not be described as "RERA approved" at this stage. When the number is issued, we will update it here.
