Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat, Sector MU is the brand's new launch in Greater Noida and one of the more closely watched upcoming projects along the Yamuna Expressway belt. It is a 3 BHK-only community on ~4.5 acres, planned with three towers and a resort-style landscape.
The launch is expected to unfold in phases. Phase 1 (pre-launch / EOI) is open through some channels for priority registration. Phase 2 (apartment booking) is expected around Q1 2027, typically after UP RERA registration. Construction is broadly pencilled in for 2027–2029, with indicative possession between 2029 and 2031 onwards.
