Hero Homes Sector MU is Hero Realty's first residential address in Greater Noida, marketed as Hero Homes Leafsong Retreat. The project sits on an approximately 4.5-acre (18,215 sq.m.) plot that Hero Realty won in a GNIDA e-auction in April 2026 for about ₹218 crore — roughly 2.25 times the reserve price of ~₹97 crore.
The plan is deliberately compact: just 3 residential towers of around G+31 floors, about 6 apartments per floor and an estimated 520–550 homes in total — all of them 3 BHK. That density, together with a large integrated clubhouse and a site that is mostly open greens, is what gives the project its "resort urban living" positioning.

Only 3 BHK apartments: 3 BHK + 2 toilets (~1,650 sq.ft.), 3 BHK + 3 toilets (~1,800–1,900 sq.ft.) and 3 BHK + servant room (~2,000–2,200 sq.ft.). Final areas will be fixed in the RERA filing.
